RETURNS

All sales are final.

Returns will not be accepted for sizing, minor imperfections, or color differences. Sale items and swimwear/lingerie are final sale without exception.

Measurements are provided and any major flaws will be noted. Please consider that vintage garments have been previously loved and will likely not be in flawless condition. Make use of the sizing and condition guide before making a purchase and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions beforehand.

We try our best to provide photos, in addition to the stylized images, that accurately represent the color. However, the way color appears may differ from screen to screen and therefore we cannot accept returns on that basis.

Exceptions may be made if something has been overlooked. If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 2 days after delivery so we can determine a solution. In the event of an exchange or refund, the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees and may be subject to a restocking fee. The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was received and returned within 5 business days.

SHIPPING

Items will generally be shipped via USPS within 3 business days. Items are shipped using recycled mailers, labels, and tissue paper.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. International buyers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and fees.

LAYAWAY

Layaway is available on items over $100, beginning with a 25% deposit. Generally, the plan will include 2 to 3 equal installments within 4 to 6 weeks but we are willing to work out a different plan if needed.

Items purchased through layaway are FINAL SALE. Payments not completed by the agreed upon deadline will be forfeited and re-listed. Any payments you have made will be refunded minus a 10% fee.
